자기소개 다음으로 가장 많이 듣는 질문, "당신의 경력을 설명해 주세요." 나열이 아닌 '전략'이 필요합니다.
안녕하세요! 지난번 자기소개 연습에 이어, 오늘은 제 7년의 경력을 면접관에게 어떻게 매력적으로 전달할지 고민해 본 흔적을 남깁니다. 저는 재활병동부터 산부인과, 외과계중환자실(SICU), 그리고 신장내과까지 꽤 다양한 부서를 거쳤는데요.
단순히 부서를 옮긴 게 아니라, [기초 → 소통 → 고중증 → 복합 질환 관리]로 제 역량을 확장해온 과정을 보여주는 데 집중했습니다.
